Industrial processes

MACHINING
We do machine work for the automobile industry using automated processes.

We rely on modern quality tools such as SMED, 5's, Quality Circles, Improvement Groups, Continuous Improvement, etc. which we apply to all of our industrial processes.

We have two-turret CNC lathes, 7-station CNC drilling transfer machines, automatic presses, a 5-axis CNC horizontal machining centre, parallel lathe, universal milling machine, flat grinding machine, column and bench drills, circular saws and jig saws.

RESISTANCE WELDING
We use strong welding presses equipped with totally safe control systems.

We use completely automated welding processes involving several operations in a line, forming welding cells. The transportation of the parts inside the cells is totally automated, as is loading and unloading via automatic handlers.

We use semi-automatic welding presses equipped with the same control systems as the automatic processes, but with manual part feeding.

SURFACE TREATMENT
Our facility also has a line for degreasing, phosphating and washing in order to guarantee protection and perfect paint adherence.

PAINTWORK
Powder coating by polymerisation in ovens. This totally automated and controlled process ensures quality and stability over time.

SUBASSEMBLIES
We assemble preassemblies for Opel abroad (Asia and Mexico)..

UNIT INSPECTIONS
Of parts or elements before releasing them to the production or assembly lines. Of finished parts ready for packing.
